Tim Swoboda is the Vice President of Sales for SILAC. Mr. Swoboda received an athletic scholarship from the University of Missouri – St. Louis, where he graduated Cum Laude honors with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration. He began working within the annuity industry as a marketer for an IMO and a personal producer. Through years of hard work and great success, along with learning from some of the most elite producers and influential professionals within the annuity industry, he was quickly promoted to Sales and Marketing Director for an IMO in 2016.
In April of 2020, Tim received the opportunity to start a new journey and joined SILAC as a Regional Vice President. His strong rapport with many of the IMOs from his previous job along with the new relationships developed at SILAC, and his tenacity and dedication to the sales team, lead tohis promotion to Senior Regional Vice President in 2021. Faced with his new role, he strived to sharpen his leadership skills and successfully promote SILAC products and services which resulted in his next promotion to Vice President of Sales in late 2023.
