Mr. Neville is Vice President of Legal Services & Associate General Counsel for SILAC®. Prior to joining SILAC® in 2008, Mr. Neville was staff attorney for Regence BlueCross BlueShield of Utah for more than 17 years where his emphasis was federal programs including Medicare. As Assistant General Counsel, Mr. Neville manages the corporate and regulatory compliance functions of the company, responds to consumer complaints, handles collection matters, litigation support, contract review and approval, member of the Claim Committee, and provides legal advice about federal or state legislation and insurance department regulation. Mr. Neville received his Juris Doctorate in 1990 from the University of Utah College of Law and is a member of the Utah State Bar. He is a board member of the Utah Health Insurance Association (UHIA) and the Utah Life Convention (ULC).
